Roadshow Promotions provide a range of exhibition buses for hire.

Exhibition buses are the mainstay of mobile promotions, interior layouts and bus types may differ from promotion to promotion, however the principle is the same, informing the audience about the product or concept.

The most popular type of exhibition bus is the double decker exhibition bus, consisting of over 450sq ft of floor space and over 100 sq metres of exterior branding space. Internal configurations differ from bus to bus with the most popular configuration being exhibition area on the upper deck and hospitality/presentation area on the lower deck.

We take care of all the legal aspects of running a bus on the road, i.e. Driver, insurance, servicing, maintenance, Mot etc

Double Decker Exhibition Buses

Our Double Decker Exhibition Buses provide a range of features suitable for exhibition purposes, these vehicles upper saloons can be converted, in our workshop, to provide a mix of private, semi-private or open plan consultation or exhibition spaces. Each of the space types can be supplied with LED TV, computer workstation, worktop or waiting seats

The lower saloons of these vehicles provide meet and greet space, group seating, drink making facilities and a range of audio visual features including large screen TV & DVD player

Single Decker Exhibition Bus

Our single decker Exhibition bus was purpose built to provide features suitable for promoting/exhibiting company products or services, with a selection of worktops, computers and internal branding space

The Exhibition bus also boasts a range of LED TVs and DVD players, kitchen area, external awning, with a supply of folding tables and chairs for use outdoors.

To the rear of the bus is a group seating/presentation area suitable for 8 - 10 people and includes a large screen LED TV & DVD player

Exhibition Van

We are sometimes asked to supply Exhibition trailers, due to towing, setting up and dismantling issues we opted to go in a different direction and developed an exhibition van. The exhibition van has all the advantages of an exhibition trailer, plus it comes with its own towing vehicle built-in, takes less than 5 minutes to setup and has its own built in generator

Our Exhibition van comes with full wheelchair access, to both the single consultation room and waiting room areas and is equipped with a range of Audio Visual equipment wide screen TVs.
